Reviews Summary

CASA GAÏA is celebrated for its commitment to fresh, local, and organic ingredients, offering inventive and flavorful dishes, especially its vegetarian options and seafood. Diners praise the friendly service and cozy atmosphere, though some reviews mention inconsistencies in cooking and occasional noisy dining conditions. Overall, it's a highly recommended spot for those seeking a sustainable and delicious meal in Bordeaux.

"5 stars for this little gem in Bordeaux 🌟 The food is good, tasty, full of flavours, with seasonal and fresh ingredients. Good vegetarian options too. Quantity is more than needed 😅. It offers a great fresh alternative to all the standard places always serving the same stuffs, a lot of thoughts have been put in the recipes and the plates. Service is super friendly and welcoming, they take time to explain the food, the vendors they work with etc. Location is nice and the little outside terrace is perfect for a nice lunch. Definitely recommend the place 🩷"

"We had a fantastic meal at Casa Gaïa. I asked for wine recommendations for each course, which were perfect. The arancini and octopus were particular highlights. Will absolutely return the next time we are in Bordeaux!"
