"The restaurant boasts a prime location with a lovely sea view, which sets high expectations from the start. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite live up to the setting. The dining room was uncomfortably noisy; loud music combined with guests raising their voices to be heard made conversation difficult. If you're hoping for a relaxed meal with friends or meaningful discussion, this is not the place.
Service was inconsistent and disorganized. I had to ask multiple times for water without success, cutlery wasn’t replaced between courses, and my sushi order was mistakenly served mixed with another geust's order, not what you'd expect from a restaurant of this standing. The edamame arrived in chipped bowls, which was especially disappointing.
As for the miso soup, when I requested a spoon, I was first told to drink directly from the bowl, then given a regular spoon, and finally denied an asian spoon because they did have one. If you don'tthen serve the soup in a regular soup plate.
Also one of the guest that ordered a seabass found that it was undercooked. We raised the concern and nothing was done, extremely shameful.
All in all, while the view and food were decent, the chaotic atmosphere and lackluster service made the visit underwhelming. I wouldn't return, especially if meaningful conversation is part of the plan."
