This beer store was started by the people who own Le Gambrinus, Mulhouse's beer bar with the largest selection. It is a tiny store located three minutes away from the central Place de la Réunion. A whole wall is occupied by "Alsacienne sans Culotte" stuff, the Gambrinus' beer, contract-brewed in Belgium: many different beers and glasses, with quite a few seasonals.

Ils font leur bière Bollwerk (l’autre nom de Mulhouse), du nom de la tour du Bollwerk, vestiges du Mulhouse médiévale encore visible. Dans l’arrière salle se trouvent des jeux, des billards, des fléchettes, un babyfoot… On peut y manger, y boire et donc y jouer.
