We chose our à la carte dinner with an artichoke variation as a starter. a real happiness. Then we had a veal chop with puree and morels, a real treat. Finally, for dessert, a Norwegian omelette flambéed with calva, a marvel of lightness and sweetness. And perfectly prepared profiteroles. Small note on the choux of the profiteroles, a little dry for our taste. All this accompanied by suggested wines that went perfectly with our menu. In short, a top experience.

Très bel endroit avec une cuisine et un service de qualité. Nous avions une vue magnifique sur l'océan avec une table bien placée. Nous avons choisi notre diner à la carte avec en entrée une déclinaison autour de l'artichaut. un vrai bonheur. Puis nous avons pris une côte de veau avec une purée et des morilles, un vrai bonbon. Enfin en dessert une omelette Norvégienne flambée au calva, une merveille de légèreté et de douceur. Et des profiteroles parfaitement préparées. Petite remarque sur le choux des profiteroles un peu sec à notre gout. Tout cela accompagné de vins suggérés qui allaient à la perfection avec notre menu. Bref, une expérience au top."

We had an excellent evening at the George V: the staff were both very professional and very kind.
