Nouveau chapitre pour le Paris Society de Laurent de Gourcuff qui inaugure, à Ramatuelle, son tout premier Gigi, lieu de vie à l’italienne inédit, avant de l’implanter à Paris en septembre et à Val d’Isère en décembre. Dissimulée sous la pinède, loin du tumulte de la ville, la maison de plage-restaurant se veut une adresse de villégiature singulière où s’évader, se reposer et, surtout, vivre la vita alla grande. Alors forcément, dans les assiettes, une cuisine solaire et des classiques incontournables de la gastronomie italienne : pizza margherita, vitello tonnato, carpaccio de bœuf, linguine alle vongole, poulpe grillé, escalope de veau milanaise, tiramisu, gaufre nocciolata, pavlova et fruits givrés… Et puis, côté Bellini Bar, élément central de l’endroit voué à devenir l’institution de l’aperitivo, des vermouths, liqueurs, bitters, amari et gins dans des recettes de cocktails naturels, frais et efficaces, classiques ou signatures.

Paris Society passe des bords de Seine aux bords de Méditerranée, et confie au designer Hugo Toro son Gigi Ramatuelle à deux pas de la plage de de Pampelonne, au milieu des oliviers et des pins parasols. The new "it" spot in Saint-Tropez, this is a place I wish I could have come back to a few times on this trip. A little more high-end than the other beach clubs, the party can really get going here and dancing on tables at lunchtime is socially acceptable, if not encouraged.
