And a restaurant getting a makeover is L’Italien, now GINA's on the port where the consulting chef is three-star Eric Frechon who’s putting Italian cuisine starring seafood from your nonna's recipe book on the menu.

La mythique adresse tropézienne, qui a aussi dressé sa table à Megève et à Gordes, s’est offert un lifting complet sous la houlette de l'architecte d'intérieur Astrid Maillet-Contoz. Au sein de l’hôtel Ermitage, on retrouve une ambiance de vieil hôtel hollywoodien, au charme à la fois suranné et moderne. Sol en damier de marbre noir & blanc, assises Thonet, canapé Colombo, lumières tamisées, disques d'or et boules à facette… Dans l'assiette, on retrouve des influences thaï, vietnamienne et indonésienne.
