"We recently visited this wonderful place and were absolutely delighted. The service was impeccable, the food was delicious, and everything was beautifully presented.
What truly impressed us was the attention to detail. In the online reservation, I only requested a good table for my boyfriend’s birthday, but they went above and beyond by not only giving us the perfect table but also surprising us with a birthday cake and a candle!
Thank you for making the evening so special. We’ll definitely be back and recommend this place to friends!"

"I booked to dine at this brasserie after seeing the photos of the stunning architecture, and it did not disappoint. I love the stairs and space - I think the architects have done an amazing job in creating something new while retaining & restoring the historic elements and structure.
The set lunch menu is really good-value and the dishes were nicely presented and delicious esp. the dessert.
The slight let down was the occasional slow and stern service, other than that, it was a satisfying lunch in a beautiful dining room with lively ambience."

The Brasserie Les Haras is a rather exceptional place: the restaurant is located in the former National Stud of Strasbourg. A building that is already imposing from the outside, and which is even more impressive on the inside. The 18th century framework has been preserved and the rest of the building has been remarkably well fitted out: an atmosphere all in wood including a superb monumental staircase.

La Brasserie des Haras, located in a former stud farm and horse-riding school, is one such place and has the advantage of being one of the few places open in Strasbourg on a Sunday night. It’s a vast yet casual restaurant serving the likes of lobster risotto and roast capon from an iPad menu, all centred around a showpiece kitchen and impressive spiral staircase.
