Sandyan bakery was a good find. I was surprised with how many gluten free options they had. Although not as many lactose free options. But I learned in my pastel de nata cooking class in Lisbon that if the milk is cooked that the lactose levels are lower and therefore easier to digest and less problems. So I took the risk and tried it and I had no reactions! The food is top quality but sadly if yo...

Reviews Summary

Sandyan Pastry-Bakery is highly praised for its artistic presentation of pastries and exquisite, balanced flavors, creating a gallery-like experience. Customers appreciate the fresh products and the pleasant atmosphere, especially the option to enjoy coffee on the patio. While most service is noted as friendly and professional, a few reviews mention less welcoming interactions.

"Atmosphere is like a museum or jewelry store, a gallery of beautiful pastries, walking around with your assistant, pointing to what you want. Excellent service, great experience. The pistachio tarte tastes like pure pistachios and it's sweetness is perfectly balanced. The fenêtrela has a crumbly, sugar-dusted upper half on top of a rich and tangy apricot reduction on top of a chewy and crunchy almond crust. Have a coffee on the patio and watch the carousel and the movement in the street. Great way to experience Toulouse."

Justin Buley

"This bakery is an absolute gem! The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the warm aroma of freshly baked bread and pastries. Their croissants are perfectly flaky, the cakes are moist and flavorful, and the selection is incredible. The staff is friendly and always ready to recommend something delicious. Whether you’re grabbing a quick treat or ordering for a special occasion, this place never disappoints. Highly recommended!"

Adhame Z

"The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a wonderful stop while strolling through the city center. It’s the perfect place to take a little break, relax, and enjoy a cup of coffee paired with a typical French pastry."
