Reviews Summary
Moz Café is a beloved spot praised for its delicious and fresh food, particularly its seafood and tuna dishes, coupled with friendly service and beautiful ocean views from its patio. While many locals frequent the establishment, some diners have noted that certain dishes, like the Caesar salad, may not meet expectations and that the restaurant only accepts local currency.
"With a patio and dining room with ocean views & savory food, this place can’t be beat! We visited twice, the first on a food tour, where we sampled the coconut fish and chicken with spinach (local dishes). We returned for lunch and had savory prawns in coconut curry & delicious battered tuna burger. Paired with Hinano local brew, this was perfection!"

"Lovely stop for lunch. All the food seems to sell out by end of the day. We managed to get the special of the day, moonfish with creamed spinach sauce and ratatouille which was perfectly cooked. They also had an excellent burger and chocolate lava cake with ice cream. Very satisfied."

"Great little Cafe and well priced. The food was amazing, great omelettes and the poisson cru was the best. Try the vanilla coffee and a fresh cut cool coconut juice. You will not be disappointed. A must go back to spot for breakfast or lunch."

7 more places to eat in Mo'orea
Cafe culture doesn’t seem to be as much of a thing here as it is back home in Melbourne, where we take breakfast and brunch very seriously. One place that does an excellent breakfast is Moz Cafe in Maharepa. Popular options include pancakes, as well as traditional Tahitian breakfasts such as raw fish with coconut milk, or fried fish with onions.
The Best Places to Eat on Mo'orea
This little cafe came highly recommended, and we were happy to see they were open for breakfast. They had plenty of variety on the menu, but Steve and I both chose omelettes. Don’t be surprised to find baguettes here and at nearly every other restaurant on the island.
