Situated right on Cook's Bay with great views of the jagged mountains, the restaurant doesn't look much from the road, but the food and location make up for it. Fresh fish, mahi-mahi and prawn ravioli, tuna carpaccio and lobster are favorites, while diners rave about the apple pie and the bananas flambe.

Over the years this has been considered one of the best restaurants in Moorea with a lovely terrace overlooking Cook’s Bay. We still think highly of this restaurant but lately, we have had some clients say it has been a bit inconsistent. Call for reservations and request a table by the lagoon to watch the sting rays.

Te Honu Iti is located right in front of the South Pacific Ocean with stellar views of Cook’s Bay. You can exactly find this place in Paopao village near the fish market, north of Moorea. The restaurant gives off a homey vibe since it’s a converted home turned into an eatery.
