"The hotel was nice, but we were very cold on the first night because the heater was not on. We waited thinking maybe they would burn it, but it didn't happen, we went to the reception and there was no one there. We called the emergency number and had it opened at night. Apart from that, the breakfast is good, but it is a nice hotel, although it is far from the center."
