While the 360-degree view from the 39th floor is undoubtedly a standout feature, that's where the excitement ended. The restaurant itself felt cramped, and the open kitchen only worsened the situation by allowing the smell of food to invade the dining area. Although I did appreciate the convenience of coat storage on the first floor, that was one of the few thoughtful touches. Sadly, the overall experience was far from impressive—the food didn’t live up to expectations, and the atmosphere felt lackluster and uninspired. For a city like Frankfurt, this spot didn’t quite hit the mark."

"Had a terrible experience here. We were seated at our table and no server came to our table for at least 10 minutes. With no menu or asking us if we would like any drinks. After the server dropped off the menu, he said he will be back in 5 minutes but he didn’t come back after 15mjnutes. Just experience bad service, he had to ask who ordered what food, no service at all as he just puts down the food and leaves. Didn’t ask how the food was. The food was mediocre, nothing special about it. Told us the Black Forest cake was all sold out but we still see the kitchen serving the Black Forest cake when we were leaving which was very disappointing."
