The pool looked nice but wasn't open as far as I could tell -- renovations, perhaps?. Honestly, I would have given the hotel more stars if any of the staff I met on days 2, 3, or 4 had checked me in, but I was so annoyed by the treatment I got at check-in that it was hard for me to recover my equilibrium. It's old-fashioned, reasonably quiet rooms, one side faces Colombi Park and a busy street, the other side faces a courtyard but has a view of the Münster (cathedral) over the neighboring roofs.
