Enjoy a perfect dinner at Fairmont Vierjahreszeiten - GRILL. We enjoyed a delicious birthday course menu with a suprise at the end. Our highlights started with salmon tartar with avocado mouse and beef tartar…and we felt in love with the taste. The steak was perfect and on point. The fish of the day was ok. At the we were suprised with a happy birthday and a delicious cake!
