"We went for our 10th wedding anniversary. The restaurant team decorated our table with rose pedals giving it a nice touch. Both of us opted for the big menu without the wine pairing. The starters soon arrived and we were immersed into a wonderfully detailed culinary experience. I loved the scallop, duck liver and truffle dish. An unexpected combination in tastes which surprised me. I also want to mention the deserts which were an absolute delight.
The only wish I would have had, is to have the same people looking after us. I think we had 3 different people serving the table. But this is just a minor detail.
Overall it was an absolutely amazing foodie experience."

"This is the 2nd time coming to Haerlin, now after they were awarded their 3rd star and I enjoyed it as much as the first time.
I had the "Via Coravin" wine accompaniment, something I regularly do in order to discover new wines.
As we were three persons we each also ordered a different one of the optional "supplements".
From beginning to end this is what to expect of a good 3 star restaurant.
Service was excellent, dishes were beautifully arranged and presented, and tasted delicious.
Maybe because it was at the beginning but the amouse-bouches were simply devine.
The evening proceeded at a liesurely pace with none of the unacceptable rush one is finding in some 3 star places like "Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare" with its 2 nightly seatings.
As it was getting late with an elderly person, we took the petit fours home with us, hence the boxes.
The whole evening was well worth it.
