"I enjoyed the 6-course meal with the wine pairing. While the restaurant is on the more expensive side, the quality of the food, the presentation of the dishes, along with the impeccable service make this restaurant an easy choice for a special occasion.

Side note, the little hotel bar is a gem with excellent cocktails and a great staff."

"My family is in the business with top chefs and restaurant,hotels over the world, This was one of the very bad experience we had.Over price with what we get, not everything was tasty and this was very shocking. We almost left when they forgot to bring the food during the course we waited almost one hour. And forgotten meal arrived wasn't warm.Course menu must be done in 2hours otherwise you get full impossible to continue eating. Felt like there was no communication between kitchen to the people who serves.Also very pity that not all the waiters has knowledge about the wine,they need to educate more who works there. Maybe it is our mistake that we went this place to think GASTRONOMIE restaurant but it is definitely not."

"I truly enjoyed eating here. The food honors the traditional French cuisine with lovely presentations. What I found especially remarkable in this restaurant is the professionalism of the maître d’hôtel, which could be noticed both directly (through his attentiveness, communication and knowledge of the menu and matching wines) and indirectly (by how he creates the atmosphere in which his young team of waiting staff can work professionally yet flourish with a personal touch). Seeing these high standards being kept is just heartwarming, and makes it an allround wonderful experience that had me leaving with a smile and already makes me anxiously look forward to my next visit to Hanover!"
