For our anniversary, we decided to treat ourselves to a VEGAN novelty. The experience was different from what I expected, but in a good way—each dish was a creative, edible work of art. I found myself excited with each new plate that arrived. While I enjoyed most of the dishes, one of them fell short due to strips of beautiful radish that was unfortunately fibrous and woody.
I opted for the non-alcoholic beverages to accompany the meal - an assortment of fermented infusions, several were kombucha variants, but they didn't quite hit the mark for me. I understood the intention to "clash" with the dishes... However, the combination of acidity, concentration, and the temperature of the kombucha felt off balance and distracted from the overall experience.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the evening special. We’d definitely come back when we have the chance! 🌟"
