"We were searching a restaurant in Koblenz and we found this place on trip advisor but it was like kind of dissappionting for us. The service was worse than any place where we ate and we waited for hours and seriously it wasn’t the best one. The guy who said was the owner, kind of racist and he replied like he can’t understand neither italian or dutch so i would never recommend this place, i prefer eating croissant or bretzel instead of their fake pizza and rissotto."

This place was recommended to me, so I was looking forward to some nice Italian cooking and good service. Unfortunately, I found the owner everything but welcoming or friendly. There were four of us at the table. The owner took orders, making a mistake with...mine main. I was brought a dish I had not ordered, but what shocked me more was that when I bit into one of the tortellini, it was fridge-cold! Frozen and microwaved food in a Trattoria? Very disappointing. When I brought to the waiter's attention that this was not what I ordered (I never even got the chance to mention that it was also stone cold! , it was quickly taken away. My dish came some 10 minutes later, without a single word of apology, while I sat and watched the rest of my group eating. Not a nice experience and I won't be coming back or recommending to others.
