"Ordered a calzone that arrived stone cold inside with unmelted cheese. When I pointed this out, the cook insisted this was “normal” and that it couldn’t be heated properly on the inside — which is simply not true. After reheating, it turned from crispy into a soggy mess. Absolutely inedible.
The waitress was kind and apologetic, clearly trying to help in a bad situation, but the kitchen and management took no responsibility. A complete joke of a pizzeria."
