Die junge Gastro-Crew produziert hier die besten Kuchen (Cheesecake!) und Pralinen direkt vor Ort und verzichtet dabei zur Gänze auf den Zusatz von Convenience-Produkten. Der Kaffee schmeckt auch im Café Gumpfer, das mit seiner Lage direkt neben dem Eingang vom Ozeaneum ideal für eine Pause nach dem Museum ist.
