"Very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I booked a junior suite for one night with my partner, and the experience was far from what you'd expect from a 4-star establishment.
Upon arrival, we had to wait several minutes before anyone showed up at reception. Finding a parking spot was also quite difficult. The room itself was underwhelming: only moderately clean, water leaking under the shower door, and the TV had just one working channel. There was no gym, spa, or pool, quite surprising for a hotel of this category.
However, the worst part was trying to sleep. There was a constant noise throughout the night, like a washing machine running behind a wall, and the room had no proper blackout blinds. As a result, the room was bright by 5 a.m., and we never managed to get it fully dark.
All in all, a very disappointing experience, nowhere near 4-star quality. I wouldn’t recommend this Hotel."
