"Nothing really special and an easy to forgot choice. Food and portion's are OK, Greek gemista ware very good, but even pork souvlaki wasn't easy to chew. They support a rather difficult to understand policy where they prefer to offer the rather hot on the pavement tables and not the more airy ones in the aisle. We asked them if it was possible to split a three in the row table in order to use only two tables and they replied that it was only for a seven people group, that actually never showed up. A welcoming restaurant should always offering the best available space for it's customers. A rather rude behaviour."

"After exploring Methoni Castle we stopped by Nikos Tavern for lunch. It was a wonderful experience! We were invited to the kitchen to view the freshly made options and chose stuffed green peppers and bread for a starter (heavenly!). We then had sardines and a mousaka - which were both super delicious! The atmosphere is very authentic and the service is friendly. Definitely recommend going here for lunch!"
