"This was our first experience of Greek cuisine, as the first place we entered for dinner after arrival.
It was excellent service, location, and the food was great. We had the lamb daily special, and the best Tiramisu I’ve ever tried. They even gave us some local spirit to try on the house."

"The restaurant is a short walk from the centre of Fiskardo and Emplisi beach making it a convenient stop if you want to get away from the coastal crowds. The restaurant is very welcoming from the outside after dark, with appealing lighting. The interior decor is a bit outdated, but the main focus is the exterior area as it overlooks the sea and has a beautiful view. The service is warm and swift, the staff are very friendly. The starters were nice, the saganaki is a good option. Unfortunately the main food was a little lackluster, the risotto portion was small and had a strong white wine flavour. The lamb cutlets were nice but under-seasoned. The brownie for desert was a behemoth, but became overwhelming after a while so I would recommend sharing this desert. Although the food could be better, the warm service and lovely views are big bonuses. Overall this is a great value alternative to the busier areas in Fiskardo."

Mirella’s, a roadside restaurant between the hotel and Emblisi beach, holds authentic white wooden tables bedecked with potted plants and boasts a truly picturesque view of the sea beyond. Here I chose a Caesar salad, as well as feta with honey and filo pastry, followed by a chicken fillet à la crème with mushrooms and peppers. It’s very reasonably priced and authentic.

This family run restaurant takes pride in it’s home made food, all of which is cooked by their mother in the kitchen to order!. Needless to say the food is fantastic and offers classics such as saganaki and souvlaki.

The views don’t get much better than those at Mirella’s, tucked high into the hillside, overlooking the area’s rolling green landscape and rocky coastline. Underneath tumbling purple flowers you can dine on seafood pizza, courgette fritters or swordfish steaks. Mirella’s menu also features a number of vegetarian options, plus indulgent portions of tiramisu.
