I would not recommend visiting this place. Despite the hype, my experience was extremely underwhelming, both in terms of food quality and customer service. The staff seemed indifferent, and even after multiple follow-ups, no action was taken to address the issues. You’ll likely get tired of asking for help — and still receive none.
Here’s my honest rating of the items I ordered:
Chilli Chicken – 2/10
Manchurian – -1/10 (it was burnt)
Fried Rice – 2/10
Chowmein (Noodles) – 2/10
Chicken Roll – -1/10 (had a bad smell, seemed spoiled)
Mughlai Paratha – 8/10 (probably the only decent item)
Lachha Paratha – 3/10
And to top it all off, the plates were quite poor — I’ve attached a picture of the plate for reference.
Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I hope the management takes feedback seriously and works on improving both the food quality and customer service."
