If you go by my recommendations, start from the Lassi and then slowly move ahead to sample Amritsari Kulcha with Dal Makhani or Paneer Makhani and Lachha Paratha with Chole and Paneer Tikka Masala. The Lassi is thick and has a uniform consistency with perfect sweetness.

They are served in tall glasses with a thick layer of cream floating atop. But you’d never be full after downing one…it’s so light and airy with the perfect hint of sweetness. I tried the lassi at Brother’s Dhaba near the Golden Temple for a meagre 40 bucks.

The restaurant serves good North Indian as well as South Indian food. Also, it is situated very near to the Golden Temple so this is one of the highlights. It serves great Kulchas, the filling is very good and the Kulchas are very soft too.

I was recommended to try Brother’s Dhaba which was nearby the Golden Temple. The food was cheap, the service was fast and it was amazingly tasty!. I ordered saag aloo (potato spinach) with a Roti.
