"For our Anniversary celebration we have visited Grand Market Pavillion and we have a pleasant experience.This is the buffet restaurant of ITC Royal Bengal. This is not my first visit to the place. There were plenty of counters. The salads were refreshing. The Oriental starters were much more delicious than the Indian ones. We tried at least one or two items from all the cuisines on display. Everything was delicious. Special mention to the lamb and chicken in the Turkish section. The kabuli pulau, biriyani ..even the karela fry was yummy. The desserts were too good. All that I tried was great. They were as beautiful as they were tasty."

"The buffet was huge and the variety of cuisine was extensive. You need time and patience to scan around the entire place. Loved the variety of pickles too, never seen so many varieties in non veg. However I felt the non veg items were less in terms of boneless maincourse.
The buffet costs around Rs.2500 per person and it is good value for money.
It is great for a family outing or team lunch. Service can be improved though."

"We had an amazing breakfast buffet experience @ Grand Market Pavilion ITC Royal Bengal Kolkata during our 9 nights stay in ITC Royal.. Special Thanks to Grand Market Pavilion staffs such as Sourik, Aditya, Sourav , Deepak & Adwitiya for their amazing service and great assistance. They had served warm food where required & also provided all sort of available food information that helped us to enjoy breakfast buffet thoroughly. Special thanks to Floor supervisor Palash who had carefully listened to our feedback in relation to hygiene issues and rectified few issues instantly. That was really great outcome. Thanks to ITC Royal and Palash and staffs for organising bon voyage cake on my last day. We really appreciate it. We would recommend Grand Market Pavilion buffet to all. More than 150 breakfast items & each of this items are well cooked & fresh . Thanks to Moni at omlette station who always greeted us with smile and made delicious egg white omelette for us. We noticed Some of the staffs don’t follow hygiene process such as sneezing or coughing next to open food items such as omlette counter & fruits section ( completely exposed). Floor staffs require to keep an eye to maintain hygiene and keep food container lids closed where required. Few staffs seems cold. Wearing smile & respect between customer & staffs can make huge difference. Overall it was memorable experience. This restaurant is grand that offers multiple breakfast cuisines. There is no room for any customer to complain about breakfast menu. The best part for us was variety of fresh juice including Bittergourd cucumber juice.
