"In my experience, Nightingale in Naggar is a cozy spot with a beautiful ambiance and great Italian food. The wood-fired pizzas had a rich, authentic flavor, and the pasta was well-cooked with just the right balance of seasoning. The grilled trout was another highlight, fresh and perfectly prepared. Sitting on the outdoor terrace with stunning Himalayan views made the meal even more enjoyable. The staff was warm and welcoming, adding to the homely and peaceful vibe of the place.
While the food was overall delicious, I felt the pizza could have used a bit more spice to enhance the flavors. It had a great texture but lacked the kick I was expecting. Despite this, the experience was still wonderful, and I’d definitely recommend Nightingale to anyone looking for a good meal in a relaxing setting."

"Nightingale is such a lovely Italian restaurant tucked away in Naggar. We sat outside on the balcony, which had a beautiful view of the mountains stretching out towards Kullu, which is beautiful.
We ordered the four cheese pizza (which had blue cheese in it and was quite good), but the real surprise was the trout fish plate. It came with a big, perfectly cooked piece of trout that was so well marinated and flavorful. The plate also had delicious spaghetti, veggies, and a fresh salad. Every bite had so much taste. Honestly, the trout was the highlight of our meal.
Overall, we had wonderful meal in a beautiful setting. Highly recommend!"

While I saw a couple of signs advertising this Italian Restaurant, it looked dark and not too welcoming every time I passed by. On one particular day, I noticed freshly written specials on the board outside – the only sign that there was, in fact, a functioning restaurant inside. My table was the only one occupied, and there seemed to be only 1 person handling the entire restaurant.

Offering wood-fired pizzas, homemade pasta and imported Italian ingredients, this restaurant was a fantastic treat yourself night. The views from its balcony are fantastic and as dusk fell we even saw a flying squirrel land in the trees outside!
