"I had been to this place 7yrs back when i had visited puri and i really liked it. So, this time i went again and wasn't disappointed. This is not any hi fi place to have lunch, but a normal decent place to have food at very reasonable rates. The special thali they give consists of veg of 2 kinds, daal, alu/baigan bhaji, postor bora, fine rice, chutney, papad for rs. 80 per plate and you can add any non veg item to your thali. The katla thali(this thali with 1 pc. Katla fish) costs rs. 130. Food quality was really decent. Fish was very tasty!
But i did not like the chicken curry as it was very watery. Do not try any other kind of fish like pomfret, parshe or pabda as chances are that they wont be very fresh."
