"This is a heritage property and there is no lift. Our room was on the first floor and we had to use the stairs to reach our room. The beach is next to the hotel and it is the biggest plus point of the hotel.
Food is very good. Service is also exceptional. Beautifully built resort. A bit old but well maintained. The other hotel of Mayfair group in Puri, namely Mayfair Waves is right next door."

The staff was incredibly warm and hospitable, always greeting with a smile, which added to the overall experience. The breakfast spread was impressive, though it's worth noting that breakfast and spa services are provided at Mayfair Waves, a short walk away.
While the room prices are higher compared to 5-star hotels in metropolitan cities, the unique beachfront location and ambiance make it worthwhile. The only minor improvement I’d suggest is upgrading the toiletries to match the luxurious standards of the property.
