While many praise its convenient location and wide menu selection, some reviews point to inconsistent food quality, high prices, and concerns about cleanliness. "The food is delicious, and the highlight of the visit is getting a picture with Chotiwala himself! You can choose between the AC hall and Non-AC seating—both are available at the same price. The service is impressively quick, and both the food and ambiance are clean and hygienic."

"I visited here during my Rishikesh trip. It's very good restaurant near Ram jhula . Ambience is also good.Staff is very friendly and helpful.I ordered masala tea, cheese, gobhi, onion paratha and chole bhature for my breakfast. Tea and paratha were good in taste but chole bhature were not up to the point in taste .In my lunch I ordered noodles + chilly cheese and sweet and salted lassi . Noodles and lassi were good yummy ,tasty but I don't like chilly cheese because the quality of cheese in that was very cheap . I want to suggest them that they should upgrade the quality of cheese in chilly cheese. Overall experience was good . Thank you .🥰"

"Unnecessarily expensive. Taste of food, quality and quantity are not upto the mark. I visited there because of a well known name but it’s like uchi dukan feeke pakwaan. They are not worth the money. I ordered masala dosa and wanted to order more but thank God I didn’t."
