There are some excellent places to eat in Amed, even though it’s still developing, and for our money one of the best restaurants there is Warung Sabar. Try their grilled mahi mahi (the largest fish in Balinese waters) and you will soon see why it’s on our list. You can even join the fishermen who serve the restaurant on their boat for a day if you want to see where your dinner comes from!
