"The 'Mie Saus' is actually yellow noodle with black pepper sauce which is made not as thick as for the steak. On the other hand, the steak uses a different kinda of sauce. Unfortunately, the taste of the steak doesn't go well with me and I would opt for the Mie Saus if I were to hi there again. This place offers desserts as well but I didn't try as I don't have sweet tooth."

Gunung Salju is an ice cream shop on Jalan Kartini, about 100 metres from Hotel Medan. On offer are a range of ice cream dishes such as fried ice cream, ice cream sundaes, ice cream floats and banana splits. It’s a bit old school, but that’s what we love about it.
