"I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your establishment for dine-in around 2 PM today. At that time, the restaurant was not particularly busy, so I expected a smooth and enjoyable experience. However, what followed was far from satisfactory.
After placing my order, the drinks arrived promptly, but my food took over 30 minutes to be served. To make matters worse, I noticed that guests who arrived after me received their meals before I did. This left me frustrated and hungry, especially since no explanation or apology was offered by your staff.
As a frequent visitor who often brings my family here during holidays, this experience was deeply disappointing. We have always enjoyed dining at Warung Lela, but today’s incident has left a negative impression. I hope you can address this issue to ensure better service for future customers."
