"I visited during CNY 2025 and had a fantastic time! The chill environment was perfect for a relaxing meal. The beef was absolutely awesome, and the salmon head and char-grilled octopus were a real treat. The salad added a nice fresh touch to the meal. The server was super friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. While the live band was just okay, the overall service and food were great. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you're in Batam"

"We visited from Singapore. Second time dining here at Arch Alley and very pleasantly surprised they now have a live band. We were greeted by live music from their resident band who plays there almost every night except for Mondays. Food was fantastic as expected and this time I tried the Angus Beef Tenderloin with Truffle Fries and Chopped Brocoli sides and fresh oysters. Tried their great range of craft beers again too. Overall our dining group had a great experience with the live music, the cool breeze from the outdoor fans they had installed and the whole vibe was really great for a chill out night. Good mix of locals and foreign guests. Staff was sharing that they welcome hosting private events like corporate retreats or team bonding over meal. It is hard pressed to find a venue like this in Singapore for quality and vibe. The Arch Alley team has really done an excellent job of curating every detail of the place. We look forward to our third visit soon."

The atmosphere was lively with a live band and great music, which made the night even more special. Big shoutout to Silvy who served us — she was so sweet and she provided amazing service.
