"Overall the food is delicious, definitely worth the price. Excellent hospitality. Had a minor issue with the pizza and informed the staff after finishing the food, the staff offer a new pizza for compensation which i refused. Manager came and said that he will try some of the leftover pizza (2 slice of untouched pizza leftover just fyi) and if there's a problem he will make a new one. I still refused because it is just minor issue, but he insisted. Ended up getting the new pizza made by the manager himself, which surely is the perfect Pizza Hut's pizza. Feeling bad but still really thankful to the staffs. All of them are welcoming and helpful. Kudos to all of the workers in this pizza hut, definitely one of the best pizza hut restaurant I've ever been to.

"Very bad service, we wait for one hour and they only serve pizza and it was very cold and the potato wedges too …. We leave after one hour of waiting and they only serve 2 dishes out of 5 ….. if you visit puncak don’t think to eat there."
