"Visited the palm court on weekend during the Art Motoring Exhibition and unfortunately the experience was mediocre. The place had a great ambient, the perfect decor and setting for the perfect tea/coffee time, however the service was not up to a 5 star hotel standard. Ordered Ice Latte and Watermelon Juice upon entering, and it takes 40 minutes for the drinks to arrive and it was hot latte, and after I addressed that I ordered Ice, they then go ahead and replace it.
Ordered 3 dessert, Pisang Ijo, Mango Sago and Milk chocolate and banana pudding brûlée. The presentation was top notch, as you would expect from a Four Seasons standard, the taste and texture however is mediocre, so its great for pictures only.
Overall experience should be great if they improve the service, after all, isnt it the first reason why people choose Four Seasons Hotel."
