"Love, love, love their breakfast buffet selections! By far the best breakfast I've had compared to any other hotels in Jakarta. My fave picks are: smoked salmon, hash brown, chicken sausage, soup with chicken/beef broth. Even the scrambled eggs are perfection. If only I have more space in my tummy, I would spend 3 hours to slowly digest and savour the taste. I look forward to try their lunch and dinner buffet some time in the future. Thank you, you just gained a loyal customer, hope you can maintain the quality of all the food & keep up the wonderful service ❤️"

"DO NOT RECOMMEND. I had the sunday brunch. Strictly dumpling/Mike Chen video is very outdated! A lot of variety has been removed.
* no chinese roast duck
* no handmade noodles

* no lobster
* no oysters
Negatives:
*too expensive, 844,650 rupiah per person. Very bad value for money.
*sushi uses very mushy rice, poor quality
* seafood on ice DID NOT have oysters and lobsters
* in the 2.5hours I was there, the seafood on ice was only filled once with some fresh langoustines.
* no chinese roast
* no handmade noodles
* no scallops
* salted egg bao was not refilled even though there was still at least 45minutes until the end of brunch. The bao's texture was dense and heavy.
* desserts look AND taste cheap
* greasy/slippery floor
* food refill is very slow, the steam fish in the photo was never refilled when it was empty when I first arrived
* welcome drink is only a shot of purple water
* smoked duck was dry, no one seems to be eating it

Sana-Sini offers amazing range of food from each section and each section represents the regions like Japanese, Chinese, Western and Indonesian. I used to have this skeptical thought about buffet restaurant because normally they have problems here and there (which I found to be normal) but with Sana-Sini, the whole food, literally whole food was really good, or at least okay but not anywhere near bad.
