"Im writing this review as a suggestion since i don’t think the staff quite understood me. On the menu it says spaghetti al nero, i am expecting spaghetti. But clearly this is not. I ask why this its stated as spaghetti if its not, and they had 3 different waitresses come and try to explain me the same thing saying that its homemade squid ink pasta, which i can see, and i understand. My problem was that it is not written correctly on the menu.
What i am asking is for the staff to acknowledge their mistake, and for the restaurant to name the dish correctly, perhaps “homemade tagliolini al nero”, so i know what to expect.
The chef did come personally to apologize and he understood what i meant with this not being spaghetti. He also offered to make a new dish specially for me but i refused because i was in a rush and had to leave in 15 minutes.
Overall, its okay, and still i will give 5 stars for the service. I ate the pasta anyway and it was yummy. Just name it correctly and make sure your staff know the difference between different pasta types when working at an Italian restaurant. :)"

Adi, our server, was attentive, courteous, and genuinely friendly. He professionalism and warm demeanor added a personal touch that made us feel truly valued as guests. I’d definitely recommend this place for a relaxed, enjoyable meal and look forward to coming back soon."

"This place is awesome! We stopped for lunch on our first day in Kuta. The pizza was delicious, but the Melanzane Parmigiana was the real winner. It looked amazing and tasted even better—you could tell everything was made fresh, especially the cheese. We loved our meal and would totally go back. Just a quick tip: their medium pizza is six slices, so it's a pretty big meal if you're not super hungry!"
