Brunch Club Legian

Introducing completely unique recipes to the island of Bali, Brunch Club sets itself apart as “not just another café.” With a venue that is open and breezy, combining Melbourne-like vibes with nods to the surrounding areas and culture, Brunch Club’s two-story Legian restaurant features a traditional Balinese temple brick façade, concealing a modern café/ bar on the ground floor. The menu has been carefully designed to ensure that every customer will find something incredible at any time of the day. Led by the talented Chef Dwi, the Brunch Club’s kitchen teams make everything from scratch, including their buttery eggs benedict, open omelettes, waffles and French toast, to fresh loaded salads, huge burgers and gourmet pizzas.

This high ceilinged café, which feels like a European bistro with its marble-topped bar, high wood and iron stools, white tiled walls, and antique photographs on the walls is one of the best looking spaces in Seminyak. It also serves up some of the best coffee in Bali using beans from Revolver (see below). Like the interiors, breakfasts are charmingly old-fashioned, with a short list that includes eggs Benedict and eggs Florentine, and a Big Breakfast with sausages, bacon, free-range eggs, hash brown, baked beans, tomato, and ciabatta.

Everything here is made from scratch, from the creamy eggs benny, loaded salads, huge burgers and gourmet pizzas, to the waffles, French toast and the club’s Insta-famous Porncakes, AKA the ooey-gooey soufflé pancakes. Sitting in the southern area between Seminyak and Legian, this popular cafe is known for its hearty portions and indulgent menu of American-style breakfast and brunch dishes. With three branches in Legian, Pererenan, and Berawa, Brunch Club Bali has established itself as the cool place to go if you crave some sweetness in your life. This is the perfect place to have breakfast and brunch with your best friends while snapping photos for your Instagram, as their three stacks of pancakes are too bad not to be immortalised in your social media. They pride themselves on serving a good meal for your buck.

Suitable for breakfast, lunch or dinner with an all-day breakfast menu and a diverse lunch and dinner menu that starts from 12pm. If you are feeling peckish for breakfast their fluffy ricotta pancakes and smashed avo are a must-try. Whilst we favour their wood-fired pizzas for lunch or dinner, they also offer a fresh range of salads, burgers and sandwiches.

The Brunch Club is a welcome addition to the range of amazing quality restaurants on offer in Legian. Just a 2-5 Min walk from Robins Place on the main road of Legian this place is serving up some dishes that will blow you away. There famous Soufflé Pancakes are a must but they do offer a range of different options to cater everyone’s taste.

Known for their decadent soufflé pancakes, aptly named Porncakes, this cafe has a delicious selection of eggs benedict, avocado toast, and hearty burgers.

America meets England in Bali and this one of the best restaurants in Legian is all about brilliant brunches. Get here early though or you will find yourself joining a fairly long line to get in to eat. Their pancakes are universally agreed as some of the finest and most fluffy creations on the island.

The name in lights and the queues out front are a sign that something is happening here. They’re famous for their porncake stacks, a huge serving topped with fresh fruit and drizzled with syrup – and it flies across the restaurant. Blame it on Instagram perhaps but the dish has legs.

Brunch Club is more than just a coffee shop; it brings unique cuisine to the island. This cafe features a contemporary first-floor atmosphere behind a classic Balinese brick facade. A spacious roof terrace on the second floor offers views of the surrounding area and beyond.

Bali is also known for its vibrant food scene, and I was excited to dive in on my maiden trip!. While I didn’t hit up the most hyped spots, I still had some memorable meals—some incredible, some disappointing, and some that left me wondering why I even bothered.

As the name suggests this is an ideal place to get a breakfast or lunch i.e. brunch. They are well known for their pancakes, breakfast burgers, benedict’s, and even have some great cocktails on the menu should you like a recovery drink.

I’ve been to Brunch Club Bali several times now and have always enjoyed my stay - the staff is very attentive and kind, the food tastes very good and the interior design makes you feel welcome.
