Only a short walk up the beach path from our hotel, Double Six.
Comfortable seats under umbrellas and smiling waitstaff.
The problem here is deciding what to eat from the extensive menu …. it all sounded delicious.

We had such a beautiful experience at Chef Gado Gado in Seminyak! The atmosphere is magical, right on the beach with a stunning view perfect for a sunset dinner. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. We started with a raw tuna bowl, not realizing it was served raw. When we asked if they could grill it instead, the staff were so sweet and accommodating they immediately fixed it for us with a smile, no hesitation at all.
The service here is truly what makes this place special. The waiters and servers were some of the kindest we’ve encountered. Just like so many wonderful Balinese people, they always try to find a solution no request is ever too much. You feel genuinely cared for here.
Highly recommend this place for the food, the view, and especially the warm, welcoming service. We’ll definitely be coming back! 🙏✨"

"Beautiful place! Maybe not the best spot to enjoy local cuisine!
We were lucky to catch a gorgeous sunset here, although we had to rush to the airport right after. The staff overall were attentive and kind—especially the trainees—but unfortunately, our assigned waiter was not as attentive or positive. From reading other reviews, it seems this might be a common service inconsistency in Indonesia , and perhaps some guests feel treated differently depending on where they’re from. It’s a pity, as visitors—whether local, Asian, or from abroad—come here to enjoy the atmosphere and connect with the beauty of the place.
The food was fine, though we’ve had better pizza at another spot on the same beach 🥹🥹🥹. The fries were a bit undercooked 🥲 and the fish and other starters lacked some taste and texture. Since we were short on time, we only took away pizza.
The interior is cozy, with a choice between a quieter indoor area and a livelier beachside setting.
