"They completely ruined my mood. The menu had three types of Wagyu steak. A staff member told me to choose the most expensive one, saying it was the best. But 15 minutes later, another person came and told me that this steak was unavailable. Why waste so much of my time? It completely ruined my mood, and I didn’t want to stay any longer. I didn’t want to order the remaining steaks—why would I? I was just told they were worse. And why should I pay almost the same price for something inferior?
In the end, I ordered a lobster. But my friend had ordered a lobster earlier. As a result, I had to sit and wait for mine to be prepared while my friend was already eating. I’ve only been coming here for breakfast because I’m staying at the hotel. This was my first time trying dinner, and it was a complete disappointment.
I will come back to the hotel, but I will never come to the restaurant again. If they ruined my mood over something like this, it means there’s a systematic problem. The waiters don’t know what’s on the stop list.
P.S. The food and cocktails here are delicious, but this situation really pissed me off. This is my last day of vacation in Bali, and they ruined it. Yes, it may seem like a small thing, but it matters to me."

"Had dinner at this restaurant with friends. As food is the most important thing when going out to a restaurant I rated this restaurant poorly. If the food isn't great anything else doesn't really matter. I ordered the chicken parmigiana which was the worst one I have ever had! A chicken parmigiana with spaghetti in sauce isn't normal and I'm just not sure what the chef was thinking. Perhaps they wanted to just get rid of food they had already prepared or they just ran out of chips, I don't know. The chicken parmigiana itself was thin, smallish and soggy. The vegetables appeared to have been steamed and were tasteless. There were no chips which is the norm when having this dish and in their place spaghetti. Photo provided. I actually felt sick after having the meal. Whilst I have attended and reviewed another Mozzarella Restaurant situated in Legian which wasn't bad, I would not recommend this restaurant."
