"Never stayed in Magelang before, so it was my first night exploring the culinary and I got to know about Sate Pisang!
This place is the first one that appears on Google when I searched for Sate Pisang. By looking at the place, I know this place is legendary!
We ordered Sate Pisang, Wedang Ronde and Es Ronde. So Sate Pisang is (CMIIW) cut-up steamed banana covered in a sweet white sauce that I think was made of coconut milk. The Wedang Ronde is so good! The peanut and sugar filling is quite generous. The Es Ronde uses syrup-based water, so it’s not gingery like the warm one and it has some cut-up pineapples as well.
Everyone was so friendly and even we got tips on how to warm up the Wedang Ronde that we brought home 🫶🏼"

"This place serves one of the best ronde. The spices is on point, it's not too spicy and not too sweet. The mochi (ronde) is chewy and soft, the mung bean inside is pretty generous too. And i like their banana satay, it is unique and when eaten with the ronde, it is perfecting the dish.
Downside of this place is their limited capacity and parking space. It can be too crowded on busy hour."
