"Beautiful rooms, and in general a beautiful place, well decorated.
Unfortunately our room had been double booked, so we had to wait for another room to be cleaned for us to stay. These things happen, and the staff were quick to clean the room and help with our bags."

"Not a very good experience...we had booked the king size bed bedroom but when we got there it was not available..they do double bookings..when we complained no one seemed to care and nobody knew nothing!! We asked for the director who obviously never showed up .the staff speak poor English and you cannot communicate easily.. im not recommend it"
