"Everything about this place is amazing!! From the moment we stepped in everything was phenomenal, the artwork on the wall to the beautiful booth we were seated in. The menu has amazing gluten free and vegan options. My dining partner and I both got the full Irish vegetarian breakfast. I had the cranberry juice and my dining partner had the açaí smoothie.
Any time we are back in Athlone, we will be coming here!! Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu."

We booked for an Easter brunch, and our family was greeted and treated with unparalleled warmth.
We ordered smashed avo on toast, eggs royale (salmon), grilled chicken burger, and a mini Irish breakfast. And a family favourite belgium waffle to finish.
All dishes were served in a rustic style, generous portion sizes, packed with oodles of flavour. Needless to say, we thoroughly enjoyed all presentations, every bite, and every interaction with staff.
We'd love to come again, and would highly recommend Rustic Roots to anyone staying in or passing by Athlone."
