"Great for brunch with little ones over the weekend. The food is average but the vibe is great. The cold pressed juices here are amazing though. The french toast is also good here, so the kids will surely enjoy. This is a cute little pink cafe in the heart of Ranelagh, perfect to stop by after kids classes nearby."

"Fantastic breakfast/brunch spot in Ranelagh. Great atmosphere, fun vibes and really attentive staff. The French Toast is fluffy and crispy and melts in your mouth. The Chorizo Omelette with egg whites is a perfect combo of spicy chorizo and melts cheddar. The other plates that went by to other tables looked fantastic too. Looking forward to going back for more!"

The Best Things To See And Do In Ranelagh Dublin
Dillinger’s does an astonishing chicken and waffles dish (it’s better than it sounds), while Nick’s Coffee Company, Cinnamon and Er Bruschetta offer less imaginative but nevertheless extremely sumptuous alternatives. The Exchequer has a bottomless prosecco brunch for €15. Then there’s the vast abundance of pubs opening early to do brunch or lunch.
Restaurant review: Brioche Restaurant, Dublin 6
I’ve written recently about the flight to the suburbs by chefs seeking their own space and Ranelagh was arguably where it all began — John Farrell of Luna has two restaurants here (Butcher Grill and Dillingers), there are cool coffee shops and brunch spots (TriBeCa, Cinnamon), there is the excellent Kinara Kitchen, Pinochio if you want Italian, La Bodega if you want Spanish, La Réserve if you want French, Michie Sushi if you want Japanese, there’s a Diep, an Itsa, a Marios, a Milano, and there is even a good Swiss restaurant called Edelwise that serves chicken cordon-bleu and a choice of fondue (I’m not making this up!).
City Spotlight - Ranelagh
Cinnamon usually has a queue out the door for something simple but tasty, while many people with a sore head flock straight to The Butcher’s Grill for the best fry up in Dublin. The Exchequer opened another wine bar in Ranelagh, and their brunch menu doesn’t disappoint with items such as pulled pork hash and brioche french toast waiting to be devoured. There are also many independent boutiques in the village that are worth checking out afterwards, like Seagreen and Bow & Pearl, if you fancy a spot of shopping.

Another new restaurant in Ranelagh: Cinnamon, Ranelagh
So when I heard about a new food hall called Cinnamon I was hopeful. Something along the lines of Avoca or Fallon & Byrne for Ranelagh is a fantastic idea.
