A perfect casual Sunday lunch option, Sprezzatura have recently overhauled their menu and the result is enough to make you want to visit immediately. The dish of the moment, arancini, is now available in four flavours including the classic with pomodoro sauce and new variations including beef cheek with Cashel blue cheese sauce, confit Rings Farm chicken with tarragon aioli and a vegetarian alternative of four-cheeses of Ireland with truffle and Cáis na Tire fonduta. Sharing platters of The Wooded Pig charcuterie have also been added to the menu, perfect with a glass of wine shared over a weekend post mortem.

With a few streetside tables at the front and an alfresco space at the back of the venue, Sprezzatura is the place to be if you're craving pasta and a touch of vino. There is no better place to go for cheap and cheerful pasta than Sprezzatura. It's hyped up, and for good reason. Their menu is constantly changing, but they often have pasta dishes for as little as €7, and espresso martinis for the same price, in a city where you'd be hard pressed to find a good cocktail for less than a tenner.

If you find yourself strolling through Dublin 8, pop into this artsy eatery. The store, gallery, diner and wine bar is beloved by Irish creatives and is known for it's good vibes. Due to restrictions, they brought their vibes outdoors with colourful street seating last summer and we expect to see the same this time around.

Sprezzatura have done an amazing job of turning an alleyway beside the restaurant into "Piazza Sprezzatura", with more surprises to be revealed over the summer. Their new menu still offers great value, and while they've been inundated with bookings you might get lucky with a midweek table or a cancellation.

I had the pleasure of dining at Sprezzatura recently and I can tell you first hand it is well worth visiting!. The food is made with fresh ingredients, ranging from traditional to more innovative sauces. All plates are very generous in portion size, and you get a lot for your money.

With seasonal menus that always rotate based on the best ingredients available, one thing never changes about Sprezzatura and that's the value for money they offer. Located in Rathmines, expect wonderfully mouthwatering pasta dishes that will treat you to a true taste of Italy.

Portobello's BBQ joint Baste has joined forces with Camden Market's Italian hotspot Sprezzatura to create Baste x Sprezzatura. This takeaway dinner for two costs €50 and is available from Friday - Sunday so you must order by midnight the night before you want yours.

Their small and big plates are amazing… I always try and go with 2 people and order one/two of everything… I was lucky enough to get into their new Rathmines venue. Wine on tap is a big plus.
