Our experience at Colony Grill was an absolute catastrophe. From the moment we walked in, the service was beyond rude. We were treated with disrespect just for asking a few simple questions out of curiosity. Instead of being helpful, the staff made us feel unwelcome and even mocked us.
To make matters worse, there was no menu available in English, making it difficult for non-locals to order. The overall attitude of the reception and service team was appalling – they don’t deserve any customers with such behavior.
For all tourists and locals: Avoid this place at all costs! There are plenty of better restaurants with decent service and a welcoming atmosphere."
