"Location: Located at the the central Carmel by the main road near "Gan Ha'aem" park.
Parking: there are some parking areas that are not free. However, area is a bit crowded so take spare time to find a spot.
Staff: very nice and friendly. If you don't have reservation you may need to wait for a couple of minutes.
Food: Sushi is well made and tasty, other dishes are also good. We were at valentine day and there were some cool stuff :)

Overall a recommended branch of Japanika, clean and nice atmosphere with both outdoor and internal spaces."

"A few years ago, JAPANIKA was one of the best Asian restaurants in Haifa.
Today the food doesn't taste very good and this is reflected in low quality and well-felt products. Asian restaurant without seafood!!! Doesn't seem satisfactory to me. Most of the wok dishes are same flavour."

"The place it self is really nice and they have inside good music altho there are a few points that were just not it:

The music was really loud and i couldnt hear the person near me, the waitress that we had was agressive from the moment we sat at the table, she was pressuring us to order faster and you could see that she was really anoyed all the time.

When we finnished our food no one came to ask how was it and nobody came to take the plates from the table, i even orgonised it for them but we still waited an hour just for them to clear it, not to talk about how we asked multipull times for a check from different waitrs but got it only after an hour and a half after we told about it to the meneger.

After it our waitress aggressivelly thru napkins at our table and said "i hope the fiid was good" and left.

About the food- it was just okey, the sushi were really small and the other plates we had had a small amount of fish and meat.

After all this i saw the waitress just laghing about it with her coworkers.

Not recommend the place at all."
