What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Yudale offers an outstanding dining experience with its vibrant atmosphere and exceptional food, often described as the best in Israel. Many praise the impeccable and energetic service, as well as the interactive experience of sitting at the chef's bar. However, some patrons have noted that prices, particularly for alcohol, can be quite high, and organizational issues with seating and orders have occasionally impacted the experience.
"Yudale is hands down the best food and vibe experience I’ve had in Israel.
Jerusalem was a day trip and after a long day touring, we went to Yudale for dinner.
The service was brilliant - snatching used services and giving new ones before you swallow your next bite without even knowing!
Every single person who works here is beautiful.
We told our gorgeous host, Aviad, it was a birthday (it really was) and he said “on a scale of 1-10, how hungry are you?” we replied “8” he said “leave it to me”, after which we were presented with dish upon dish of delicious foods.
The chef - Assaf - also easy on the eyes, his food made us almost weep - it was so good - we complimented him and he was so humble and thankful.
Adam - another of our hot hosts - spoke life into the wines we ordered and made some of the best recommendations.
Everyone was so gracious, embracing and lovely.
The music and atmosphere was a total vibe!
If you don’t go to Yudale, while in Jerusalem, you are a fool!
Thank you team Yudale, for a beautiful experience.
Aperol spritz bully Chandon - 8/10."

"Wow wow wow. Outstanding. The service is impeccable. Sitting at the bar was super fun, as you interact with the chefs and watch them cook. I didn’t catch her name, but the chef in the red hat made our experience so enjoyable - she was truly a pro. Music and atmosphere is great. Food and cocktails are crazy delicious. Will absolutely come back and recommend to everyone!!!"

"Food is original and tasty however we had to sit outside, the waitress gave one of the plates we ordered to the table next to us (they got there a lot later than us) so we had to wait. We had ordered dessert and canceled when it started raining. Only then she offered a table inside (after the table next to us had already been relocated inside). It started very good and went slowly downhill... A bit of organisation would have been nice...."
