Reviews Summary
Pankina is celebrated for its authentic kosher Italian cuisine and pleasant, European-style ambiance. While many praise the delicious food and attentive service, some diners have experienced inconsistencies with service speed and dish preparation, leading to frustration.
"Food was delicious. Service superb -shout out to Reuven! Pleasant night so was able to dine outdoors. Music was not too loud so was able to converse and hear each other. Highly recommend!"

"Disappointing Kosher Italian Dining Experience
We visited this restaurant with guests who keep kosher, hoping for an enjoyable kosher Italian meal. Unfortunately, it was a complete letdown, and we won’t be returning.
The food was far from impressive. The soup arrived cold, and after waiting 20 minutes for it to be reheated, it was still cold. The salmon carpaccio lacked any flavor, and the slices were so thin that it was nearly impossible to tell it was even salmon. The two pasta dishes were the most tolerable part of the meal, but they were still nothing special. As for dessert, the tiramisu was a major disappointment—overly heavy with fat-laden cream and nothing resembling authentic Italian tiramisu.
Service was equally terrible. We waited an unreasonably long time just to place our order, and the overall experience was frustrating. You can often judge the quality of a restaurant by the condition of its menus, and in this case, it was a clear red flag. The menus were greasy and damp, with some words completely blurred from excessive wear and tear.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. There are far better kosher dining options elsewhere."

"The restaurant was very busy and it took them more than 50 minutes to prepare our pastas. We didn't have time to eat because we had a play to go to so we didn't have any choice but to take the food as take away. If we would have known that it will take them that long we wouldn't have stayed in the first place. Even when we told them we're in a rush and we need to pay it took them time to bring the check so we wore forced to go to a waiter and pay and run. They said they would give us a dessert as compensation but the didn't put one in the bag at the end.
Regarding the food, we didn't have time to eat it at the restaurant so we eventually ate at home. Can't say it was amazing. I ordered the pasta with salmon. The salmon pieces were so tiny I barely noticed them. I don't think it could be more than 20-30 grams of salmon for the entire dish. Not worth the price of 72 shekels at all.
Bottom line, I can't say that I recommend going there from our personal experience."
